CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS
Your Audience. Your Expertise. A Product Built Together.
You have built knowledge, experience or an audience that may offer an opportunity for a digital product. FEITOSA PARTNERS works alongside you to research that opportunity and organise the work required to develop a suitable concept.
A SHARED BUILD
Different contributions. A shared objective.
Your contribution
The creator brings their expertise and audience understanding.
Our contribution
FEITOSA PARTNERS contributes research, strategy, structure and coordination as agreed.
Clear responsibilities
Both sides agree on responsibilities and costs before work begins.
Your brand remains yours
The creator retains control of their brand and audience relationship.
Decisions documented
Approval rights, intellectual property, revenue calculations and payment terms are documented.
Aligned compensation
Commercial compensation follows the written revenue-sharing agreement.

THE COMMERCIAL MODEL
No Upfront Fees for Our Work. We Earn When the Product Earns.
Our compensation is tied to the revenue generated by the digital product under the terms agreed in our partnership.
If a product generates no revenue, there is no revenue-based payment to FEITOSA PARTNERS under this model. Third-party expenses, software, advertising, payment processing, production costs or other expenses may be treated separately if applicable and agreed in writing.
The written agreement defines the revenue calculation, any applicable deductions, payment timing, responsibilities, intellectual property, approval rights and exit terms. Product development and commercial outcomes are uncertain.
IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT?
Built for collaborative creators.
A conversation does not mean acceptance into a partnership. We assess the suitability of each opportunity together.
Expertise to share
Have expertise, knowledge or a subject you want to develop into a product.
Open to collaboration
Are open to collaborative product development.
Curious before committed
Want to explore opportunities before committing to a concept.
Clarity matters
Value clear communication and written agreements.
